Our Story

Lawrence saw a different path.
With a background in accounting and a sharp eye for investment, he started asking a better question — why wait 20 years when your property can be generating real income right now?
So he listed on Airbnb. Once that first booking came in, everything shifted: the cash flow, the flexibility, the compounding potential of short-term rental done properly. That conviction became Heron Living.
The name reflects how we work. The heron is patient, precise, and deliberate — and when it moves, it doesn't miss. That's the approach we bring to every property we manage.
Strategy & Finance
Lawrence leads the financial and investment side — pricing strategy, owner reporting, and long-term portfolio growth. His accounting background and first-hand Airbnb experience mean every decision is grounded in real numbers.
Operations
Joshua runs the day-to-day. From property onboarding to guest experience to the systems keeping everything running seamlessly — he makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
